Video Production

The Quay County Health Council has worked on several video projects. One series highlights the importance of self-care to reduce personal stress and create a better environment for improved mental health. Better mental health is also beneficial in all aspects of health! Please tune in to get some great suggestions to reduce your stress!

Radio Content:

We use the local airwaves to get out current vaccination information and locations for those needing scheduled immunizations for youth, boosters for teen and adults, and suggested vaccines for senior citizens. As always, talk to your healthcare provider to discuss your vaccination options.
