The New Mexico Community Survey provide communities with local data in a timely manner. The survey focuses on behaviors around substance use, so that local committees can look for environmental strategies and educational opportunities to help change behaviors such as medication storage and sharing.

Quay County’s Goal is 300 online surveys and 100 paper surveys completed in either English or Spanish. We need to collect responses from all adult age groups and communities in Quay County. Click here to take the online survey
