Symptoms of Anxiety Disorder vary from person to person and they can grow more severe based on the cause of the stress. You can experience physical signs of anxiety or mental and emotional signs of anxiety, and sometimes, even all of them at once. Some signs of needing help include extreme panic or panic attacks, phobias that keep you from being able to function, compulsively performed rituals, Continuous sleep problems or muscle tension, or consistent anxiety that hangs around.
