| A FREE program that serves parents and caregivers prenatally and with children birth to three years of age. The goals are to provide educational services and child development guidance to ensure that: Babies are born healthy; Children are physically, emotionally, and mentally healthy; Children are safe; Children and parents have a nurturing relationship; Parents and caregivers are connected to formal and informal supports in the community; Children are ready for school. This program is built on the belief that a parent is their child’s first and most important teacher. |
